The dramatic meeting of Joseph, who became Egyptian nobles, and was married to the daughter of High Priest Ptaha, and his brothers are described in the Book of Genesis (chapters 42-45). The brothers did not recognize Joseph, but he learned them. He forgave them the evil that they have caused to him, invited to move to Egypt and ordered to bring his father. And he "... their sons and their grandchildren with them, their daughters and vnuchek their entire race and he brought her with him in Egypt."
That is how Israel came to Egypt, lived peacefully for over four centuries, until the Pharaoh "which knew not Joseph" did not begin to harass them, calling into slavery - it started with this series of events that led to the exodus.
Now, another interesting aspect. Moses, a Jewish boy who picked up the daughter of Pharaoh, and brought up as a member of the imperial family, fled to the Sinai after the Egyptian killed, abused slaves-Israelis. Here it is passing herds of sheep and in the vicinity of "the mountain Elogim" heard the voice of God told him to lead Israel out of slavery in the land that was promised to the descendants of Abraham. During the Exodus the children of Israel have been granted the Ten Commandments, and was built the ark, where the Tablet Act. The question is: would happen all of these revolutionary (both from a historical as well as from a religious point of view) events, if not brothers sold Joseph into slavery in Egypt?
Such questions "what if" often, when I inquired about that, what started my fascination with the Sumerians, ancient civilizations, annunakami and Nibiru. My longest (and true) story begins with those times when I had to study the Old Testament in the original - in the Hebrew language. The classes we got to the sixth chapter of Genesis, telling of Noah and the Flood. Chapter started a few mysterious verses, which stated that "... at that time were in the land of giants." I raised his hand and asked the teacher: "Why are you talking about" giants "when the Hebrew word Nefilim denotes those who went down - from heaven to earth? But instead of praise for linguistic acumen, I received a reprimand:" Sit down, Sitchin. You should not doubt in the Bible! "But I have no doubt in the Bible, but quite the contrary, pointed to the need to accurately understand. So I began to wonder who the Nefilim and why they are referred to as the sons (plural) Elogim ( plural for the word "god"). This interest has led to the study of mythology, history, ancient civilizations, the Sumerians and their written monuments - Yves eventually to my book.
